If a part carried the green badge for the model number you gave us and it does not fit that appliance, you get the whole price back, and the shipping back is on us.
What the badge means
The badge appears only when the maker's fitment list, or a distributor's model lookup, says this part number fits that exact model and revision.
It is a lookup, not a guess. When a model is not on the list yet, you see that instead of a badge.
The model you type is the model we check. Read it from the rating plate, suffix included; a /0 and a /1 can take different parts.
Returns
Start the return from your order page within 30 days of delivery. One line about what happened is enough.
A prepaid label arrives by email. Box the part up and hand it to the carrier.
The refund issues in full, to the payment method you used, when the carrier scans the package.
A part that fits but turned out not to be the fault can come back the same way. The confirming test on each part page is there so that happens less.
